Summer passport to Hudson Valley wineries

Here's a novel idea from Hudson Valley Wine Country- buy a $30 summer passport and you'll get a free standard wine tasting at each of 14 Hudson Valley wineries between June 1 and August 31. 

The region runs from 60 miles north of New York City to just south of Albany-- an easy daytrip from Long Island. All told, there are 25 wineries and three designated wine trails that wind through the region.
