Newsday subscribers have full access to all content and services on newsday.com. If you are not logged in as a subscriber, you can still access the homepage and section fronts, classifieds, community affairs programs, service areas such as FAQs and some content such as obituaries and weather.
What do I do if I don’t get my newspaper delivery?
- Log in to your account at Manage My Newsday.
- Click on “Delivery Issue” and request recovery or credit. A replacement newspaper will be delivered to you within 90 minutes if recovery is requested.
- *Please call for a replacement paper by 10 a.m. Monday through Friday; by 11 a.m. on Saturday; and by 12 p.m. on Sunday. Times may vary in some areas of Queens and Eastern Long Island.
Can I manage my subscription account online?
- Yes. Go to the My Account login page.
- From there, you can:
- Pay or view your bill
- Set up automatic payments
- For Print subscribers, you can:
- Tip your delivery service
- Temporarily stop your delivery
- Report a delivery issue, request recovery or credit
What do I do if I have questions about my bill?

How do I get the Fun Book?

Only Newsday home delivery or digital access subscribers will enjoy the full, unlimited access to Newsday.com. If you are a home delivery subscriber, you’ll need to complete a simple, one-time registration to access the content on newsday.com.
Is registration free?
- If you are a Newsday print or digital subscriber, registration is free and takes less than a minute. If you are not a current Newsday subscriber, you will need to purchase a digital or print subscription before you can register for access to the site.
How do I register?
- Follow the registration process at this link: https://www.newsday.com/register
- You can also email helpme@newsday.com or call 1-877-LI-LIVE-IT (1-877-545-4834).
- If you want to register multiple email addresses (print subscriber only) on your account, please repeat the registration steps for each new email address. Note that anyone logged in with your subscription information will have access to Manage My Newsday and can view and change your home delivery information. You can register up to five email addresses per print subscription.
I already have a login. How can I stay logged in?
- If you don't log out of Newsday.com before you close your browser, you should have full access for your next visit. If you access Newsday.com from a different computer, or by clicking on links on social media, you will likely need your email and password to log in. You can download the Newsday App and remain logged in there.
How to become a Newsday subscriber
- If you are not a Newsday subscriber and are interested in full digital access or home delivery, you will need to purchase a Newsday subscription. After your payment has been processed, you will be guided through the registration process and have instant online access.
How to find/change password used for login
- You can change your password by clicking on the “update profile” link on your account dashboard. To access your account dashboard, log into newsday.com, go to the menu and click on “My Account.”
How to reset a forgotten password
- On the login screen, you can click the "Forgot password" link under the password box. It will ask you to fill in your email and submit. You will receive an email with instructions to complete the password reset.

- If you have forgotten the email address you used to register at newsday.com, you will need to contact us by phone, email or chat. Please email helpme@newsday.com or call 1-877-545-4834.

How do I sign up for the newsletters I want?
- To sign up for and manage your newsletter subscriptions, please visit our newsletters and email management page at newsday.com/newsletters. There, you’ll find the details and frequency of all our newsletters and promotional email offerings, and can opt in to any emails you wish to receive.
What should I do if I don't receive a newsletter or email I signed up for?
- Try using the search function in your inbox for the following email address: newsletters@e.newsday.com
- If you received an email from Newsday with the subject line “Action required: Newsday newsletters sign-up confirmation”, you must click “Verify my email” on that email to begin receiving newsletters.
- If you still need help, email helpme@newsday.com or call 1-877-545-4834.
How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?
- To unsubscribe from an individual newsletter or email offering, you can click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of that email.
- You can also go to our newsletters and email management page to turn off the newsletters you no longer want to receive.
- *Please note that unsubscribing from a specific newsletter only removes you from that particular list, not from all emails sent by Newsday.
- If you would like to unsubscribe from all newsletters and promotional emails from Newsday, go to our newsletters and email management page and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the button that says "Unsubscribe from all newsletters and promotional emails” to be removed from everything.
- *You will still receive important account information via email.

- Anyone with full digital access who is signed in can access Newsday's digital e-edition of the newspaper. Today's Paper is available on newsday.com and also on the Newsday app for iPad, iPhone, Kindle and Android devices.
How do I manage my Newsday print subscription?
- You must be a newsday.com registered user and be logged in to be able to manage your Newsday home delivery account online. Please go to Manage My Newsday for more details on how to request a vacation stop, pay your bill, report a delivery problem, compliment your carrier and more.
