Cops are searching for two men who held up an Upper East Side jewelry store with hammers Sunday.

The men entered Travers Fine Jewelry at 962 Madison Ave. around 4:30 p.m. with their hammers and ordered workers not to move, police said.

Cops are searching for two men who held up an Upper East Side jewelry store with hammers Sunday.

The men entered Travers Fine Jewelry at 962 Madison Ave. around 4:30 p.m. with their hammers and ordered workers not to move, police said.

They then allegedly stole $15,000 worth of jewels from a display case and fled.

No one is injured in the heist.

The first suspect, who was wearing a black jacket and ski cap, is described as 5-feet-9 inches tall and 165 pounds. The other suspect, who wore a gray hooded sweatshirt, is described as 6-feet-2 inches tall and 200 pounds.
