Long Island hires and promotions: Keith Itzler of Commack

ENGINEERING

Keith Itzler of Commack has been promoted from assistant branch manager to vice president at Dewberry, an architectural design firm in Manhattan.

BOARDS

Arlene Q. Vermylen of Huntington has been elected to the board of directors at St. Johnland Nursing Center in Kings Park. She was the manager for communications and public relations at the Hong Kong International School in Hong Kong and before that was a lawyer in the United States and served on nonprofit boards in Shanghai.

The Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island in Syosset has announced four new executive board officers.

David Chinitz of Northport has been elected president. He is president of Melville-based Park Place Realty Group LLC.

Kyle Burkhardt of Seaford has been elected vice president. He is senior director at Cushman & Wakefield in Melville.

David Leviton of East Setauket has been elected treasurer. He is a senior vice president of CB Richard Ellis, Melville.

Daniel J. Wiener has been elected secretary. A resident of Huntington, he is a partner of Integrated Realty Group LLC in Garden City.

HEALTH CARE

James DeGloria of Douglaston has been appointed entity compliance officer at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip and Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Sayville. He was entity compliance officer for St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center in Smithtown and St. Charles Hospital in Port Jefferson.

Frank Misiano of Oceanside has been appointed chief administrative officer and administrator for Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Sayville. He previously was administrator for White Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Woodbury.

REAL ESTATE

Signature Premier Properties has hired four licensed real estate salespeople from Coldwell Banker agency in Smithtown, plus a recent graduate.

Theresa Murino Wolf of Hauppauge has joined the Smithtown office as a licensed real estate sales agent.

Robert DeLorenzo of Hauppauge has joined the Smithtown office as a licensed sales agent.

Rosemary DeLorenzo of Hauppauge has joined the Smithtown office as a licensed sales agent.

Matt Sgroi of Smithtown has joined the Smithtown office as a licensed real estate sales agent. He is a recent grad of American Real Estate School in Hauppauge.
