New tech VP at Cablevision
James Blackley
James Blackley of Oceanside has been promoted to executive vice president, corporate engineering and technology at Bethpage-based Cablevision Systems Corporation, Newsday's parent company.
He was senior vice president of corporate engineering and technology.
