Robert E. Caulfield, a certified public accountant, has been appointed to the LeadingAge New York board of directors. He is chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Jefferson's Ferry Lifecare Retirement Community in Setauket and resides in Setauket and in Rose Valley, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Brad Sherman of Port Washington has been appointed medical director at Glen Cove Hospital. He takes on this role in addition to his current role as chair of the hospital's Department of Medicine.
Dr. Cheryl Daves of Amity Harbor has joined Orlin & Cohen Orthopedic Group in Woodbury and Bohemia as a pain management specialist. She recently completed a pain management-anesthesia fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pennsylvania.
