Dr. Ivan Mikolaenko of Long Beach has been appointed chair of the neurology/neurosurgery management committee at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside. He is a neurointensivist with Neurological Surgery in Rockville Centre.
Dr. Richard G. Reish, a plastic surgeon, has joined Long Island Plastic Surgical Group in Garden City and Manhattan. He is moving to Manhattan from Massachusetts, where he was chief resident of Harvard Plastic Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital.
