Austin & Williams, an advertising and marketing agency in Hauppauge, has announced three new positions.
Jim Bouschor, of Patchogue, has been hired as a developer. He was previously a Web developer at Loewy Design in Melville.
J.J. Gembinski, a Setauket resident, has been hired as senior Web developer for site design and development. He previously worked as a Web manager at Eastern Suffolk BOCES in Patchogue.
Caitlin Knight, of Mineola, has been hired as senior account executive. She previously held a similar position at Ogilvy & Mather in Manhattan.

Ingerman Smith in Hauppauge has hired two new associates.
Kerrin A. Bowers of Sayville was an attorney in the Children's Law Bureau of the Suffolk County Legal Aid Society in Central Islip.
Julie L. Yodice of East Yaphank previously held a similar position at Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada in Woodbury.
