Jason Stern has joined Weber Law Group in Melville as partner and director of litigation. The Melville resident was a litigation partner at Anderson & Ochs in Manhattan.

Adam P. Silvers has been named co-managing partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek in Uniondale. The Commack resident and firm partner will also continue as co-chair of the corporate and securities department in addition to his new role.

Empire National Bank has announced four promotions and a new hire.

Danielle DiGrazia of Smithtown has been promoted to vice president and operations officer in Islandia. She previously was assistant vice president and operations officer.

Catherine Giamundo of Commack has been promoted to vice president and controller in Islandia. She is a certified public accountant and previously was vice president and assistant controller.

Matthew Ruppert, who lives in Bohemia, has been promoted to vice president and portfolio manager in Islandia. He previously was assistant vice president and portfolio manager.

Marguerite Smith of Center Moriches has been promoted to vice president/bank secrecy act compliance officer in Islandia. She was assistant vice president/deputy bank secrecy act compliance officer.

Erminio Fiore of Franklin Square joins as business development officer/vice president for the Mineola branch. He was senior vice president/business relationship manager at Bank of America in Garden City.

Marc Candelaria of East Northport joins the office there as a licensed sales agent. He managed corporate hospitality at Madison Square Garden in Manhattan.

Jennifer Micheline of Port Jefferson Station joins the Mt. Sinai office as a licensed sales agent. She is newly licensed and earned her license at New York Real Estate Institute in Syosset.

Donna Wilson joins the Stony Brook office as a licensed sales associate. The Setauket resident was a founding officer and senior vice president of loan administration for The Bank of New Canaan in Connecticut.

John Bransfield III of Larchmont has been promoted to senior vice president at Advantage Title in Melville. He was vice president of sales.

Jennifer Sabatino of Ronkonkoma has been promoted to executive assistant at Briscoe Protective Systems in Centereach. She was senior administrative assistant.
