Theresa Adair has been appointed director of cardiovascular services at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip. The Levittown resident was senior administrative director of cardiovascular services at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan.

Robin Galardi joins as corporate solutions specialist. The Massapequa resident ran a career-coaching business and was vice president of human resources in the retail bank and credit card businesses at Citigroup in Long Island City, and also worked in their legal corporate office.
