Dawn Marie McBrearty of East Patchogue has been named major gifts officer, Long Island region, for WSHU Public Radio Group based in Fairfield, Connecticut. She was development officer for the College of Arts and Sciences at Stony Brook University.

Gregory J. Lentini has joined BNY Mellon's Garden City office as senior wealth director for business development. The Garden City resident was a vice president and private banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Melville.
TD Bank has announced two new hires.
Nikhil Kake has been named assistant vice president sales and service manager at the Great Neck store. The Ronkonkoma resident was assistant vice president, assistant manager at Astoria Bank in Rockville Centre.
Keith A. Lohmuller has been appointed vice president, store manager of the East Islip location. The Bellport resident was a branch manager at JPMorgan Chase in East Islip.
Clay Scanlan has joined MainStream Merchant Services, an Alpharetta, Georgia-based financial services company, as an account executive and will work from a mobile office. The Massapequa resident was manager of customer service for Calico Cottage, a consumer goods food manufacturer in Amityville.

Ronald J. Spielberger has joined Health Republic Insurance of New York in Manhattan as chief legal officer responsible for the legal and human resources departments. The Lloyd Harbor resident was vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer at Radisphere National Radiology Group in Manhattan.

Signature Premier Properties has made a hire and promotion.Barbara A. Goglia of Hauppauge has joined as a licensed associate broker in Huntington. She held a similar job at Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty in Carle Place.Anthony Perrotta of Fort Salonga has been promoted from co-manager at the Dix Hills/Huntington office to manager in Smithtown.
