On the move: Douglas Elliman hires broker; Signature taps 5 agents

Todd Bourgard of Hampton Bays has joined Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Hampton Bays as a licensed associate broker and branch manager. He held a sales position at Coldwell Banker in Hampton Bays.

Signature Premier Properties has announced the hiring of five new sales agents.

Donna Francavilla, of Melville, joins the Dix Hills office as a licensed sales agent. She previously held a similar position at Finest Referral Realty in Melville.

Kathleen Larocca, of Commack, joins the Huntington office as a licensed sales agent. She held a similar position at Finest National Realty in Inwood.

Cheryl Lichtman, of Melville, joins the Dix Hills office as a licensed sales agent. She held a similar position at Realty Connect USA in Huntington.

Michael Steinberg, of Melville, joins the Huntington office as a licensed sales agent. He held a similar position at Long Island Finest Homes in Melville.

Ann C. Epstein, of Huntington, joins the Huntington office as a licensed sales agent. She held a similar position at Lynda Baker Realty in Huntington Station.

Sheila Norris, of Malverne, has been elected president of the Nassau-Suffolk Council of Hospital Auxiliaries. She has been a longtime member and is a Mercy Medical Center volunteer.

Suffolk Federal Credit Union has re-elected three directors.

James J. Maggio Jr., of Bohemia, is the chairman of the board. He is a retired senior legislative analyst for the Suffolk County Legislature.

Frank C. Trotta, of Bellport, is vice chairman. He owns Prime Time Travel in Bellport and cruisetoany where.com and is publisher of 50 Plus Lifestyles and Fire News newspapers.

Joseph Poerio, of Ronkonkoma, is board treasurer. He retired as chief deputy controller of Suffolk County's Department of Audit and Control.

Robert M. Scheiner, of Commack, has been named chairman of the Huntington Township Chamber of Commerce. He was on its executive committee and is senior vice president at H2M Architects and Engineers, Melville.

Michele Pollock Rich, of Sag Harbor, joins The Retreat in East Hampton as executive director. She was program director of Camden County Women's Center outreach and support services in Camden, New Jersey.

Maggie Goldfarb, of Southampton, joins The Retreat as director of development. She was capital campaign coordinator at East End Hospice in Westhampton Beach.

EDUCATION

Michelle Johnson, of Farmingdale, has been named Farmingdale State College alumni relations director. She held a similar position at Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville.
