Badgley Mischka designers sell Matinecock home for $1.825M

Fashion designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka closed Dec. 12, 2014, on the sale of their Matinecock home, their real estate agent says.
The buyer paid $1.825 million, says listing agent Kathryn “Cottie” Maxwell Pournaras of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty.
The Badgley Mischka fashion label designers had listed the property for $1.875 million.
They had renovated the eight-room 1930s house after buying it three years ago for $1.15 million.
There is a pool on the 6.19-acre property, along with a gazebo, as well as custom closets and basket-weave brick.
