A circa 1910 building on the harbor in Northport that once served as a yacht club and is now a rental building, is on the market for $1.2 million.

The building now houses six apartments with leases currently in place, says listing agent Lorraine Dee Donovan of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyer can keep it as a rental or turn the building into a single-family home. It’s one of several rental properties on the same street, which overlooks Northport Harbor south of Main Street.

“It’s a quaint building that has some historic charm,” Donovan says.
