Fashion mogul Elie Tahari bought out his estranged wife Rory Tahari’s stake in an oceanfront house in Sagaponack for $9.6 million, according to the Long Island Real Estate Report.

The 3,800-square-foot home, which the Taharis bought in 2004 for $12.1 million, has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a master suite with panoramic ocean views. The 2.3-acre property includes 153 feet of beach frontage and a 62-foot lap pool.

Tahari’s $500 million business sells luxury men’s and women’s fashion lines internationally and in his boutiques, including one in East Hampton.

The Taharis, who legally separated last year, have been shuffling tens of millions of dollars worth of real estate assets since early 2010, including the $6.5 million sale of a five-bedroom oceanfront home in the Amagansett Dunes last August to film composer Carter Burwell, who composed the score for "Twilight," and his wife, artist Christine Sciulli.
