Beyoncé is a major supporter of the "Let's Move!" campaign started by first lady Michelle Obama. The megastar suprised some lucky middle-school girls at PS/MS 161 in Harlem on Tuesday by joining them in a dance routine for the workout song she created in conjunction with the campaign.

"Let’s Move! is a comprehensive initiative, launched by the First Lady, dedicated to solving the problem of obesity within a generation, so that children born today will grow up healthier and able to pursue their dreams," according to letsmove.gov.

Beyoncé remixed her hit song "Get Me Bodied" into a fun, yet cardio-intensive workout song to get young people excited about exercising.

Check out the video below. And yes, Beyoncé is wearing some crazy high heels while she does the entire workout. The expressions on the young girls' faces when Beyoncé joins them in the routine is priceless. Love it!
