An East Patchogue man was arrested on harassment charges after he kicked actor Chevy Chase during a dispute on an upstate highway, State Police said.

Michael Landrio, 22, was given a summons to appear in court in South Nyack next month, State Police said in a statement.

The statement said the altercation between the two men occurred on the New York State Thruway on Feb. 9.

Chase, 74, was driving north near the Gov. Mario M. Cuomo Bridge when he was cut off by a 2015 Dodge Ram, police said.

The former “Saturday Night Live” star chased the other driver across the bridge before they both pulled over near Exit 10 in South Nyack, police said.

“Words were exchanged between the two drivers,” the statement said, and Landrio, a passenger in the Dodge, “cursed at Chase, then kicked him in the shoulder.”

Landrio did not return telephone calls to an East Patchogue telephone listed in his name.
