David Arquette and his wife welcome second child

Actor-producer David Arquette and his wife, Christina McLarty Arquette, have welcomed their second child.

“My new boy, Augustus Alexis Arquette 3/8/2017,” David Arquette, 45, posted on Facebook and Twitter Thursday, alongside a close-up photo of a newborn.

Arquette put the same image and a similar message on Instagram, where he additionally posted a video of their nearly 3-year-old son, Charlie West, and a photo of his and ex-wife Courteney Cox’s daughter Coco, 12.

McLarty Arquette posted a black-and-white Instagram image of a baby’s hand along with the name and birth date. The new child’s middle name is in tribute to David Arquette’s sister Alexis, who died Sept. 11 at age 47.
