African-American actress and Fox News commentator Stacey Dash appears to have responded to remarks by comedian Anthony Anderson, who had poked fun at her while hosting the NAACP Image Awards.

“Well it’s funny how woman who weighs 105 wet! Can get grown . . . men to act like llittle (sic) girls! Haha,” Dash, 50, tweeted Friday.

At the black-oriented awards telecast on Friday, fellow African-American Anderson, 45, had taken aim at Dash, a political conservative, saying “Everybody give a round of applause for Stacey Dash! What the hell is she doing here? Doesn’t she know that the Fox network is using her? She’s just an Ann Coulter dipped in butterscotch,” he said, referring to the well-known conservative pundit. “That’s all she is. Baby, don’t let them use you! Come back to the black people.”

Anderson, who hosted the awards ceremony, then referred to the minor movies in which the actress — best known for 1995’s “Clueless” — has appeared in recent years. “I promise I will see them!” he said.

Dash had drawn of the ire of some in the African-American community after saying on “Fox & Friends” last month that black-oriented awards shows and networks represented a “double standard” and self-imposed segregation and calling for the end of observing February as Black History Month. She argued for the end of “channels like BET and the BET Awards and the Image Awards, where you’re only awarded if you’re black. If it were the other way around, we would be up in arms. It’s a double standard.”

Anderson also tweaked actors Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith after seeing the married stars in the audience. “They better be here after all this ish they started!” he joked, referring to their instigating a boycott of this year’s Academy Awards ceremony, after no actors of color were nominated.

Anderson’s own ABC sitcom, “black-ish,” won four Image awards: Outstanding Comedy series, Outstanding Comedy Actor and Actress (Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross) and Supporting Actress (Marsai Martin). Mike Epps of Starz’s “Survivor’s Remorse” won for Comedy Supporting Actor.
