Justin Bieber has been cleared of any wrongdoing in a hit-and-run accident he was reportedly involved in late Monday night, according to TMZ.
The website is reporting the Los Angeles Police Department interviewed Bieber, 19, as well as his representatives and witnesses after the singer allegedly pinned a photographer between his white Ferrari and a parked car as he drove away from the Laugh Factory on Sunset Boulevard shortly before midnight.
TMZ reports Bieber did not stop, and it is unclear whether he knew someone was hit. LAPD are no longer treating the case as a hit and run, and say fault lies with the photographer for standing in the roadway, according to the site.
A CBS affiliate and other local outlets report the photographer was treated at a hospital for nonlife threatening injuries to his left leg.
