Stevie Nicks to play Nassau Coliseum after Billy Joel reopens
Nassau Coliseum’s reopening week in April is starting to fill up, with Stevie Nicks set to play the second concert at the renovated arena.
Nicks, with The Pretenders opening, will play Nassau Coliseum on April 6, the night after Billy Joel officially starts the arena’s next chapter.
Tickets for the Long Island stop of Nicks’ “24 Karat Gold Tour” will go on sale at 10 a.m. Dec. 12 through Ticketmaster. American Express card holders can purchase pre-sale tickets starting at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
Nicks will wrap up the current leg of the tour, which stopped at Madison Square Garden last week, on Dec. 18. The next leg of the tour, which draws from all parts of her solo career and time with Fleetwood Mac, kicks off on Feb. 23 in Reno, Nevada, and winds up with the Uniondale concert.
