We can view Sunday's "Real Housewives of New Jersey" as a transition.

Teresa Giudice and her brother Joe Gorga tried to put aside their differences with a Sunday family dinner while Giudice and former bff Jacqueline Laurita met to hash out their issues (though the outcome is still to be determined). Things appear on edge for the Manzo family, as Albert becomes irritated at dinner and Albie has grown concerned about his business ventures. Let's not forget about the Wakiles: Kathy's sister Rosie is looking for love.

For the first time in awhile, it seems that we are focusing on a little bit of everyone, not just Queen Giudice. Viewers are waiting to see what unfolds with the Manzos (anyone still curious about Dina?), where exactly Rosie's life takes her next and what has been going on with Ashlee Holmes, Laurita's daughter, who will appear in next week's episode.

It was time for the show to make a switch. Now viewers can take a little break from family drama that has controlled episodes' past and look forward to catching up with matters put on the backburner.
