MUST-SEE TV IN PERSONBusy month at the Museum of the Moving Image in Astoria. The newly renovated facility is hosting several TV-centric events: "An Evening With Bill Cosby" Feb. 15, "Lisa Kudrow and 'The Comeback' " Feb. 23, and a reunion from the glory days of New York City public access TV on Friday.
