Bill Murray -- a David Letterman favorite over the decades, and an Emmy winner from this past Sunday's 67th annual awards ceremony -- will be a guest on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!," which he'll be bringing to Brooklyn mid-October.

Some of the other guests: Jay Z, Michael J. Fox, Bradley Cooper, American Ballet Theatre principal ballerina Misty Copeland, Howard Stern. ("And more," Kimmel's publicist helpfully adds).

Kimmel will arrive on the 19th, and will originate a week of shows from BAM's Howard Gilman Opera House. As you may recall, Kimmel's last scheduled trip to Brooklyn coincided with superstorm Sandy, in Oct. 2012; Kimmel was forced to scrap the first edition, and then proceeded with the other four.

(The statement at that time: "Due to stupid Hurricane Sandy and in the interest of the safety of our studio audience, Jimmy Kimmel Live! will not broadcast tonight from the Harvey Theatre at Brooklyn Academy of Music. We are hopeful to be back on the air tomorrow night with Howard Stern, Tracy Morgan and Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings.")
