‘Friends’ reunion set for NBC special on director James Burrows
They will be there for us again. Sort of.
The entire cast of “Friends” —Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer— will appear on a Feb. 21 special honoring sitcom director James Burrows. NBC announced the news Wednesday at the TV Critics’ Press Tour in Pasadena, Cal.
But of course — there’s a catch: “Hoping that all six of them will be in the same room at the same time, but I’m not sure we can logistically pull that off,” NBC’s Robert Greenblatt told reporters.
Sean Hayes of “Will and Grace” is producing the special and the Will and Grace cast will also be in attendance.
