Juan Pablo Di Pace remained gracious Monday night following his upset elimination from "Dancing With the Stars" after earning his fifth perfect score of the season.

"Thank you so much for the outrage," the Argentine actor, paired with pro ballroom dancer Cheryl Burke, tweeted after the show, adding a smile emoticon. "All I'll say is I've had the time of my life DANCING and I'm so glad you guys recognized that! At the end of the day I got to do what I love."

"There's no justice here!" judge Len Goodman declared after audience votes brought down Di Pace, 39, best known in America for playing Fernando Hernandez-Guerrero, Kimmy Gibbler's racecar-driving ex-husband on the Netflix sitcom "Fuller House."

Di Pace and Burke, 34, who had scored the first perfect score of the season on Oct. 8, received two more perfect scores again Monday, first for their Argentine tango set to "Libertango" from the touring dance production "Forever Tango," then for their steamy salsa set to Elvis Crespo's "Tu Sonrisa." After the latter, Goodman announced that if the duo did not advance to next week's finals, "I'm going to go home and pickle my walnuts!"

Also eliminated Monday were "Grocery Store Joe" Amabile from the most recent season of "The Bachelorette" and "Bachelor in Paradise," and pro partner Jenna Johnson.
