5 Brothers Fried Chicken and Waffles opens in Patchogue

A new shop has opened in Patchogue, 5 Brothers Fried Chicken and Waffles, a fast-casual breakfast, lunch and dinner spot that specializes in kebabs and rice platters, fish sandwiches, burgers and yes, chicken and waffles.

Breakfast sandwiches start at around $3 while a giant plate with French toast, pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, homefries or grits falls just under $10.

Chicken dinners with two to 10 pieces, bone in or tenders, range from $5 to about $12. Party packs are also available, with five to 30 pieces of fried chicken. Expect corn on the cob, onion rings or macaroni salad among sides.

Decked out in whites and blues, 5 Brothers Fried Chicken and Waffles is open 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
