Sleek, neon-lit and clubby, Imperial Meat Company erases all memories of Buoy One, the classic fish restaurant that used to occupy this prime Main Street location in Huntington. Though excessive in style, the menu is far more simple. Choose carefully to eat well, though there is still room for improvement.
