The 4,000-square-foot place, with seating for 130, joins the original Garden City spot in The Gallery at Westbury Plaza, a Patchogue location at the Waverly Plaza shopping center and a branch in Farmingdale’s Airport Plaza.
The national franchise chain specializes in pasta of all nations. Here, you order at the counter and are handed a number. Then, you find a table and wait for your food to be brought to you. If you need something additional, like dessert or extra utensils, servers at a nearby host station will get you what you need without your having to go back on line.
Menu items are customizable and available in small and regular sizes. Select a noodle dish and then, for an additional charge, add a protein, such as pork, steak, shrimp or tofu. Among options: pad Thai, Bangkok curry, mac and cheese, spaghetti and meatballs and steak stroganoff. If you don't want pasta, you can substitute greens and vegetables in the new “buff bowls,” all of which have fewer than 400 calories. Other choices include sandwiches and salads. There are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free items as well.
Nothing on the menu exceeds $10.
