The motto at Frank's Steaks, one of Long Island's top destinations for beef, is "we ain't just steaks." That's especially so now, with the two restaurants' summertime "lobster feast."

Now until Sept. 22, the Rockville Centre and Jericho establishments are serving a perfectly steamed 2-pound lobster, plus a baked potato with sour cream and a Caesar salad for $45.

If you're not set on lobster, try the terrific "Stilton steak," a New York strip topped with melted Stilton cheese and accompanied by crisp, fried onions; or the stand-out Romanian skirt steak.  On the side, consider the roasted garlic potato puffs, mashed potatoes with sauteed onion, creamed spinach.

Precede with a shrimp cocktail. Conclude with cheesecake. Leave happy.
