The Jolly Fisherman & Steak House opened in Roslyn in 1957-- there's an original menu at the entrance of the restaurant to prove it. The prices have changed, but most dishes haven't. The fundamental appeal of The Jolly Fisherman is that it happily resists most trends and stays true to their original restaurant values.
