Somewhere out there -- probably in Suffolk County -- is a millionaire, an owner of a soon-to-expire winning New York Lottery ticket.

And the lottery is looking for who has that ticket.

The agency's Missing Millionaires search includes a winning ticket from July 13 sold at Carry-All Wine & Liquors, 5507 Nesconset Hwy., Mount Sinai. It's a Powerball ticket that matched five numbers -- 2, 8, 22, 35, 37 -- but missed No. 6, the Powerball.

The ticket will expire July 13, 2014, one year from the drawing date, a lottery spokeswoman said Wednesday.

The lottery's Missing Millionaires search began in December and has uncovered eight tickets in the metropolitan area worth $1 million each that had gone unclaimed, including one sold in Suffolk, at a 7-Eleven in East Setauket, the agency said.

The holder of that ticket -- from the Mega Millions drawing on Nov. 26 -- will be revealed Thursday, at a lottery event in Plainview. Overall, winners of $5 million in prizes will be introduced, the agency said.

Five tickets worth $1 million each remain on the Missing Millionaires list.
