A Florida man who exposed himself to a 13-year-old girl was arrested Thursday after the quick-thinking teen got on her cellphone and snapped a photo of his sport utility vehicle and license plate, Nassau police said.
The incident occurred in North Massapequa the evening of Sept. 3 on Hicksville Road, near Thorne Avenue, while the girl was riding her bicycle, police said. Jason Good, 35, of Vero Beach, Fla., approached the girl, whom police did not name, in a black 2006 Jeep. He fled after the teen took a photo of the vehicle, police said.
Good has been charged with public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child. He is scheduled to be arraigned Friday in First District Court in Hempstead.
