Northern Boulevard crash kills motorcyclist in Roslyn

A 25-year-old motorcyclist was killed Tuesday morning in a crash with a box truck on Northern Boulevard in Roslyn, police said.
Nassau County police have not released the identity of the victim, who was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced.
The crash occurred at about 8:15 a.m. near the intersection of Northern Boulevard and Beech Drive and closed all lanes of Northern Boulevard between Beech and Wittes Lanes until almost 1 p.m., police said.
The driver of the box truck remained at the scene — and has not been charged.
