• Since 2009, he has been an attorney in private practice, specializing in business litigation.
• Cronin received his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University in Maryland in 2002 and earned his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2008. He was admitted to the New York State Bar and the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in 2009.
