Condon, 65, of Aquebogue, is running on the Democratic Party line in the general election.
He served as a Justice of the New York State Supreme Court from 2009 to 2022 and maintains a private practice specializing in arbitration and mediation since 2023.
From 2006 to 2009, Condon was a partner in the firm of Maffei and Condon.
He then worked for the firm of Richard T. Lau & Associates from 1993 to 2006, a firm that served as house counsel for State Farm Mutual Insurance Company where he was the bureau chief of the Suffolk County Trial Team for State Farm Insurance.
Condon was a Suffolk County assistant district attorney from 1986 to 1993.
He received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany in 1981 and earned his law degree from Hofstra University, School of Law in 1985. Condon was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1986.
