Suffolk County police have arrested an East Patchogue man who they said entered a Hauppauge pharmacy with a shotgun and stole an undisclosed amount of narcotics.

According to police, Henry Prego, 26, of Bertha Street, demanded OxyContin and Roxicodone after entering Tompkins Pharmacy at 920 Wheeler Rd. just after 5 p.m.

Police said a witness gave them a partial license plate number, which led them to Prego, who was charged with first degree robbery. He was scheduled to be arraigned Monday at First District Court in Central Islip.
