Hempstead and Far Rockaway passengers must go to Atlantic Terminal in Brooklyn for service.

All other lines will be served from Penn Station or Jamaica.

For the Oyster Bay Branch: Transfer at Mineola.

Port Jefferson Branch: Transfer at Hicksville or Huntington.

West Hempstead Branch: Transfer at Valley Stream for a bus connection.

Babylon Branch: Transfer at Babylon for service to Patchogue, Speonk or Montauk.
