21 SUNY students' visas affected amid Trump crackdown, officials confirm

Nearly two dozen students attending SUNY schools, as well as students at other New York colleges and universities, have had their visas affected by the Trump administration's crackdown on students from other countries, officials confirmed Thursday.
A State University of New York spokeswoman said 21 students have experienced “a change of visa status.” It was not immediately clear whether any of the students attended Stony Brook University or other Long Island campuses.
