'Bates Motel,' 'Modern Family' & more can't-miss season finales

IT'S ONLY ROCK AND ROLL But TV loves it this weekend. Roosevelt rap sensation Public Enemy is honored at the 28th "Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony" (Saturday night 9-11:50, HBO), along with Randy Newman, Rush, Heart, Albert King and Donna Summer. Then it's this year's "Billboard Music Awards" (Sunday 8-11 p.m., ABC/7), hosted by Tracy Morgan, honoring Prince and featuring Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Miguel, Bruno Mars and many more. Up against it: "Tim McGraw's Superstar Summer Night" (Sunday 9-11 p.m., CBS/2), with veterans like John Fogerty and newcomers like Florida Georgia Line, plus Jason Aldean, Pitbull, Ne-Yo and, of course, Faith Hill.
SEASON FINALES: DRAMA Cable kicks things off with the season 7 end of "Doctor Who" (Saturday night at 8, BBC America) and the first-season finale of the already renewed "Bates Motel" (Monday 10 p.m., A&E). Over on the networks: "Hawaii Five-O" (Monday 10 p.m., CBS/2), "Grimm" (Tuesday 10 p.m., NBC/4), "Criminal Minds" (Wednesday 9-11 p.m., CBS/2), "Law & Order: SVU" (Wednesday 9 p.m., NBC/4), "Chicago Fire" (Wednesday 10 p.m., NBC/4), "Nashville" (Wednesday 10 p.m., ABC/7) and "Cult" (Friday 9 p.m., CW/11).
SEASON FINALES: COMEDY Animation dominates Sunday night with extended season-enders of "The Cleveland Show" (7-8 p.m.), "The Simpsons" (8-9 p.m.) and "Family Guy" (9-10 p.m., all on Fox/5). Also wrapping the laughs: "Rules of Engagement" (Monday 8:30 p.m., CBS/2), "Mike & Molly" (Monday 9:30 p.m., CBS/2), "The Middle" (Wednesday 8 p.m., ABC/7) and "Modern Family" (Wednesday 9 p.m., ABC/7).
AND THE WINNER IS Competitions conclude for "America's Funniest Home Videos" (Sunday 7 p.m., ABC/7), "All-Star Celebrity Apprentice" (Sunday 9-11 p.m., NBC/4) and "Dancing With the Stars" (Monday 8-10 p.m., Tuesday 9-11 p.m., ABC/7).
