Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is about to get a pretty, pretty, pretty good wife.

The 58-year-old attorney and environmental activist is set to propose to actress girlfriend Cheryl Hines, best known for playing Larry David's ever-tolerant wife on HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm," according to RadarOnline.com.

"Robert has already bought an absolutely stunning engagement ring and is now in the stages of planning the perfect scenario in which to propose to Cheryl," a source told Radar.

Hines, 47, divorced Paul Young in 2010 after almost eight years of marriage. They have one child together, Catherine Rose Young.

Kennedy's estranged ex-wife Mary Richardson, to whom he had been married since 1994, committed suicide less than a year ago.

The couple filed for divorce in 2010, and were reportedly close to finalizing papers at the time of her death. They had four children together.
