The Village of Cedarhurst’s 17th annual summer concert series has begun and will continue every Tuesday through Aug. 27.

The concerts, which began July 2, are held at Andrew J. Parise Park and begin at 7 p.m. with a preshow performance. The main act takes the stage at 8 p.m.

“Sounds of music and rainfall filled our park in our first concert of the summer. ... Every Tuesday until the end of August we will be hosting these great concerts. Come see what everyone is talking about,” Cedarhurst officials said in a statement.

Swingtime Big Band will headline Tuesday's concert, which is themed “Dancing The Night Away.” Future performances include The McLean Avenue Band, JC Revue, Sister Act, Yoni Ziegelbaum, Milagro, The New York Rat Pack and The Tercels.
