MONTREAL -- Professional wrestling icon Jerry "The King" Lawler was released from a Montreal hospital Monday, a week after having a mild heart attack while announcing a World Wrestling Entertainment event.

WWE said the 62-year-old Lawler will return home in the next few days.

Lawler, from Memphis, Tenn., collapsed at the announcer's table at Bell Centre. He still wrestles and took part in a tag-team match before joining broadcast partner Michael Cole ringside for the rest of the program.
