Standing tall on Reid Avenue, the property sits on a 0.28-acre lot, coming to a total of 3,500 square feet. The Victorian home, built in 1898, features cedar shake siding. It contains four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half-bathrooms.

"It has a huge family room that used to be an enclosed porch," said listing agent Shelley Scotto, of Compass. "It’s 44 feet long, which is really nice."
