Rex Ryan has completed the "overrated" trifecta.

A week or so after his two quarterbacks were named the two most overrated players in the NFL in a Sports Illustrated players poll, Ryan has earned the same honors among coaches.

The Sporting News polled 103 players from 27 teams -- and 35 of them voted for Ryan.

Patriots head coach Bill Belichick finished second with 16 votes, followed by Andy Reid of the Eagles (nine votes), Redskins coach Mike Shanahan (eight votes) and Mike Tomlin of the Steelers (four votes).

Here's what one annoymous AFC offensive player had to say about Ryan: "His coaching style is over the top. Some of the things he does in front of the cameras are way over the top. You put that with the New York media and he has a pretty big reputation, I guess. I don't even know if you'd call him overrated anymore because it's gonna be a couple of years since he was in the AFC finals. He's pretty funny, and he's a pretty good coach. But not THAT good."
