Susan Kowalski of Laurel has been hired as vice president and regional manager for Suffolk County at M&T Bank in Riverhead, which acquired Hudson City Savings Bank. She had a similar job there in Riverhead.
Kristin L. Amato of Island Park has been hired as senior relationship manager in commercial banking at TD Bank in Forest Hills. She was senior relationship manager at HSBC in Manhattan.
Beatrice Deevy of Oceanside has been appointed vice president and branch manager of Apple Bank for Savings in Cedarhurst. She was vice president and branch manager of Astoria Bank in Floral Park.

Sandra K. Novick of Southold, senior marketing officer at Suffolk County National Bank in Riverhead, has been elected chair of Peconic Landing board of trustees in Greenport.
