Fashion designers Mark Badgley and James Mischka are selling a Matinecock estate they bought less than three years ago, according to real estate records.

The renovated and restored 1930s home is listed for $1.875 million. “Designers magically transformed this carriage house in their style — simple, streamlined and elegant,” says the listing with Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty.

There are original random-width floors, basket weave brick and mahogany doors, as well as updates such as custom closets and a marble master bath, the listing says.

The secluded 6.19-acre lot comes with a pool and gazebo.

The designers behind the label Badgley Mischka purchased the four-bedroom, three-bathroom house in December 2011 for $1.15 million.
