Kanye West on 'Keeping up with the Kardashians'

Kanye West made his first appearance on Monday's "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" in footage shot during the early part of his relationship with Kim Kardashian.

Kardashian -- who calls West "babe" at one point while getting dressed to attend a restaurant opening with him -- wears "K.W." gold-and-diamond earrings but downplayed talk of a being a couple. Of taking West's sports car out for a drive, she said, "So, Kanye and I, you know we have a lot of things in common. We both just love cars. So what's the big deal? I'm just borrowing my friend's car."

Her sister Khloé, however, said, "I think Kim wants to believe that she can take things slow" with West. "But let's keep it real -- you're wearing 'K.W.' earrings. I know what that stands for."

Meanwhile, Myla Sinanaj, an ex-girlfriend of Kardashian's husband, Kris Humphries, shook off pregnancy rumors, tweeting a photo of herself and writing, "Look. No baby bump!"
