Knock Knock. Who’s there? Your Panera Frontega chicken panino.

Panera Bread, the national fast-casual chain, is rolling out its home-and-office delivery service this month at select Nassau and Suffolk bakery/cafes.

Beginning Feb. 15, customers who live or work near the Bohemia, Patchogue and Hicksville Panera Breads can order online at delivery.panerabread.com, or with an Apple or Android app, says Greg Ceramello, delivery operations manager. More locations will be added in coming months and a total of 18 of the national chain’s 32 Long Island bakery/cafes will be offering delivery by April 15, he said.

The entire menu, except for breakfast items, will be available for delivery daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Orders can be placed online or with the app, (no phone calls) between 10:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. The minimum order is $5, not including tax. A $3 delivery fee applies.

Delivery service is available within an eight-minute drive of a Panera bakery-café. Food should arrive at your doorstep or workplace within 40 minutes of ordering it, Ceramello said.

If you live outside the delivery area, you can still place an order online for Rapid Pick-Up (there’s an iPhone and Android app for that, too) and it will be ready five to 10 minutes after you check out.

Long Island’s participating Panera Breads are at 201 Broadway Mall, Hicksville; 367 Sunrise Hwy., Patchogue; 5191 Sunrise Hwy., Bohemia.
